Commercial Pilot - Rotorcraft-Helicopter
The Commercial Pilot license is for those who intend to fly for hire. FAA Minimum Requirements*
* Average flight time approx.160 hrs. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible for Commercial Pilot certificate under FAA Part 61, a person must: A. be at least 18 years of age. B. be able to read, speak, write and understand the English language, or have such operating/limitations placed on his/her pilot certificate as necessary for safety. C. hold at least a 2nd. class medical certificate. D. pass a FAA written examination. E. pass an oral and flight test. F. obtain a minimum of 150 hours.
